Jonathan Perry, ACES Delta President & CEO

Chevron General Manager ACES Asset
Jonathan Perry is the President & CEO of ACES Delta and serves as General Manager where he will oversee the strategic direction of ACES. Over his career, Jonathan has overseen operations in over 33 countries, where he was accountable for safe and efficient execution of Chevron upstream asset development and exploration, enterprise asset retirement and environmental portfolios, major capital project delivery, and real estate. Most recently, Jonathan served as Vice President of Operations and Wells for Chevron Canada.
Jonathan joined Chevron in 2007 as a drill site manager and throughout his career, Corporate Social Responsibility has been a core tenant and focus in being a good partner in industry, with communities and governments. As a result, he’s led investment in lower carbon and environmental initiatives, while also serving and supporting social and responsible business community organizations.
Jonathan received his degree in civil engineering from Louisiana State University. His spouse and two children have enjoyed the unique experiences gained through having the opportunity to live and work all over the world in such diverse locations, landscapes and cultures.
William "Bill" Myers, ACES Delta Chief Operations Officer
Chevron Director of Projects & Operations
Bill is a Director of Projects and Operations in Chevron New Energies and is the Chief Operations Officer for ACES Delta. He spent the first 32 years of his career working on traditional power and energy projects from the Architect/Engineer side, Owner side (IPP and Utility), and finally the OEM side. Bill has spent the past 5 years on the ACES Delta team developing and then executing the Advanced Clean Energy Storage project, in Delta, UT, a utility scale electrolytic hydrogen conversion and storage facility. Initially as a Mitsubishi Power Americas employee and since January 2024 as a Chevron Employee.
Prerna Jain,

Chevron Integration & Growth Manager
Prerna has a decade and half of international experience in business development and asset commercialization, focusing on origination, deal structuring and contract negotiations in oil & gas, renewable fuels, CCUS and clean hydrogen sectors, in the US, Asia, Africa and South America.
Prerna co-led the transaction for Chevron to acquire majority interest in ACES and in her current role, she is leading the integration of ACES in Chevron and advancing future development opportunities for ACES assets.
Prior to Chevron, Prerna worked with McKinsey & Company as a consultant and has an MBA from the University of Chicago and MS Data Science from Texas A&M.

Mitsubishi Power Senior Vice President – Hydrogen Infrastructure
Michael Ducker is the Senior Vice President of Hydrogen Infrastructure at Mitsubishi Power and on the Board of ACES Delta. Since joining Mitsubishi Power over 10 years ago, Michael has successfully founded and launched multiple businesses within the company, including a solar development company, an artificial intelligence business unit, a market intelligence and strategic pricing business unit, and the company’s hydrogen business unit. Prior to Mitsubishi Power, Michael worked for the US Department of Energy and he holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and George Washington University, respectively.
John Alvarado, ACES Delta Chief Financial Officer
John Alvarado is the Chief Financial Officer of ACES Delta. With over 40 years in the energy industry as an energy finance professional, working for companies such as Shell Oil and Chemical Company, Occidental Petroleum, and as an International Internal Auditor, John uniquely offers experience across all traditional energy sectors both domestically and internationally. He holds a B.B.A in Finance from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, and an M.B.A. from Fordham University in New York.

Craig Broussard is a founder of and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer for Magnum Development. He also served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of ACES Delta. Craig currently serves on the ACES Delta Board. His extensive energy experience includes serving in a variety of executive positions in public/private industry both domestically and internationally.
Rob Webster, Founder & Former Chief Strategy Officer of ACES Delta

Rob Webster is a founder and formerly Chief Strategy Officer of Magnum Development and ACES Delta. With over 40 years of experience in the energy industry as a geologist, business executive and entrepreneur, Rob has a proven track record of developing strategic plans to drive successful business ventures, including the co-founding of PacifiCorp Energy, of which he was also president. He holds a B.S. in Geology & Environmental Studies and an M.B.A. from Westminster College, an M.S. in Geology from Kansas State University and has completed Executive Studies in the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
